Can I wash my knitwear in the washing machine?

Yes you can. Machine wash cold, delicate or hand wash conditions. No bleach and tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry.

What is your return policy?

Itsy Bitsy is committed to the quality assurance and care in craftsmanship of the product. I will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the day of purchase. I will accept returns if in an unwashed and unworn condition. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return or exchange, please contact me prior to returning your item(s) by e-mail. The costumer will pay the price of shipping the product.

Can I make a custom order?

Yes, you definitely can. Anything is possible! Choose from a wide variety of colours. If you have a motif or pattern in mind, just let me know. Please check out the Photo Gallery for examples.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping.
